Hello, I’m back again after a couple of busy weeks, I’m hoping to get back on track and more consistent soon, autumn is definitely in the air here so that is why I choose this colour scheme for this card (I love fall colours 🍁 🍂 🍁) This card was also made for this weeks Crazy4Challenges challenge which was to make a bridge card. The great thing about bridge cards is you don’t need anything special to make them, they have a great profile and can fit any theme or colour scheme.

*Sorry I’ve been MIA, but I’m here with a fun card for this weeks Crazy4Challenges challenge blog. I did make this card back in July, my mom was quite ill and this is a card I made for her. I haven’t had the chance to post it yet, and it just happens to fit this weeks challenge which is ……… to create a slimline card. Slimline cards have become quite popular these days so Karen Burniston came up with an alternative design for her Circle Tagbook die set, and I couldn’t wait to give it a go. This is my version…..

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I find making sympathy cards the hardest. I generally try to make a few ahead of time so I have one when needed, but I happened to be out, and unfortunately I needed one. This weeks challenge is to make a card using stripes so I used this challenge to help me make this card. I feel that sympathy cards should be simple, so this weeks card has no bells and whistles, no pop ups, no shakers, just a little bit of shimmer to the dragonfly wings and the words.

*Wow am I happy the weekend is here, and for us here in Canada 🇨🇦 it is a long weekend 😀. I was able to take the time this week to play along with this weeks Crazy4Challenges challenge. Apparently September is “Shake Month”, technically this relates to milkshakes however for the challenge this week we were to create a shaker card. Now I’ve made a lot of shaker cards so I decided to do something I haven’t tried before and I made a rainbow shaker card I was inspired by a CARD I made a few months ago . I do not have a dieset that cuts out all the windows I did have to do this myself so check out my details below to see how I pulled this off
