Take 2- Blue Christmas card

How many of you have cards that you may have in your stash, maybe they are a duplicate, maybe they are cards that are unfinished, well I have piles of them and I have decided to try to breathe life into them again and I call them my Take 2 cards. I actually made this Christmas card first but I blogged about my Take 2 Butterfly Card first.

Christmas elf

Merry Christmas my crafty friends, this will be my last post before Christmas. I am sharing my third Playful Pop up Character that I have created and it is this cute little elf licking a candy cane.

Have a Merry Slothy Christmas

What says Christmas like a big fuzzy pink sloth, lol. I have a sweet little granddaughter that has her most favourite toy in the world and you probably guessed it but it is a pink fuzzy sloth. When I saw her last her I asked what kind of Christmas card would you like and she said a “Baboo Card”, but I want Baboo on the inside. I have made her a few cards with a her little sloth friend hanging out but this is the first one that I have made her that is this big. I think it turned out pretty cute.

Babies 1st Christmas

Well, I’m a week behind again. This is a card I made for last week’s Craft Roulette challenge, and these are the parameters…

My belly band is a bit different. I added a rope band around the center panel. My cottage colours are a bit of a stretch, the wood and greens would be found in the trees, and the red and white could be a flag or tablecloth that could be found at a cottage. Santa is wearing a coat. I upcycled this card base, it was a card base left over from a class I taught over 10 years ago (I hang on to everything for ever) I also upcycled the thread I used, it was from a tag.
