Poppin red Stage Pop up Balloon card

I always find making cards for teenage boys tough. I was flipping through my patterned paper and I came across this grey and black checkered paper and I thought that it would be a good start. I decided to go with black, grey, silver and red. It’s hard to tell but there is a red and a silver metallic elements as well.

House of Baseball cards

Hello crafty friends, sorry I have been MIA for the last bit, I was hoping to share this card before I left but I had to wait for the recipient to receive it . I hadn’t played wth the house of cards for a while so I thought I would give it a go. The recipient is a baseball player and I had a handful of his baseball cards from one of the teams he plays for (I did keep a few safe, if he makes it to the pros I will have to get him to sign them for me)

I came up with this 5”x7” card

Red & White Birthday-June challenge card

Hello crafty pals, I had a bit of fun making this card. It is the card that I made for Karen Burnistons June design team challenge. This month’s challenge is “Flag Colours” we were to use colours from our country’s flag 🇨🇦, so that meant I had to make a red and white card. This made for a bit of a challenge, as I only had smaller scraps of red cardstock. I live in a small community with no place to purchase cardstock. What’s a girl to do 🤷🏻‍♀️. I checked out my Dollarama hoping for the best. I had to think outside the box, or should I say bag….

Double Balloon Arch Graduation Card

Hello crafty friends, today I am sharing a card that was inspired by Karen Burnistons Double Arch Coffee Cup Pop up. I thought it would be a fun way to make a really big Balloon arch for a graduation card. The school that this graduate attends does their graduation ceremony a bit different, it’s like they combine prom and grad at the same day, that’s why the little character on the inside is wearing more of a prom dress than the traditional cap and gown.
