her Favourite Things, Birthday card-C4C589

Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve posted. I’ve had to pack up my craft room so unfortunately I won’t be able to post very often, it will be temporary but I’m not sure how long. Anyway here is a card I made for my daughter and I decided to use this weeks challenge as a starting point. I thought this design would be great for adding all of her favourite things. This weeks challenge is a sketch challenge.

Here is the sketch

And this is what I came up with.

Please check out my FACEBOOK page, feel free to join if you would like to share your own crafty creations. You can also see a video of this card on my INSTAGRAM page.

All of the cardstock is from Stampin Up, as is the paper and ribbon. Unfortunately most of is retired, please use what you have.

This card style was originally taught by Karen Burniston and here is her VIDEO TUTORIAL

To make the inside mechanism I used Karen Burnistons Mini Pops Pop Up dieset

I used a variety of dies to decorate the inside of the card. I used the Beach Charms, Memory Charms, Dolled Up Charms, Coffee charms, Happy Hour Charms, Princess and Mermaid Charms, I also used the Word set 9- Love

I also added bits of ribbon, a circle at the bottom and some blingy rhinestones.
