The Gangs All Here

Ever since Karen Burniston came out with the fun Surprise Ball pop up there have been so many fun animal cards. I have a friend who asked if I could make her a Long Horned Cow so I thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to try my hand at a double surprise pop up animal. I thought he was lonely so I made him some friends πŸ‘πŸ“πŸπŸ–πŸŽ

There is soooo much in this card that I hope that I don’t miss anything. I will post the diesets below as I go, and the cardstock is from Stampin Up and is listed below.

The Cardbase

I left the 1/8” spaced on both ends to give the card some depth so it would be easier to close and not have it to squished.

How I made my cow

To make this cow I had to use some of my punch art skills, I was getting a little dusty lol, I used dies from the following sets to make the face, Surprise Ball pop up, Coffee Charms, Happy Hour Charms, I used a small tear drop hand punch, details below.

To make the body I used 2 Surprise Balls and I used Karen’s VIDEO tutorial on how to make a pop up lizard as a reference to make this cow. The pictures below show the progress but it’s hard to describe with just photos so I do recommend checking out the video.

(I did make the cow first, that’s how I knew it needed to be 8”x 8”)

The animals below are older animals from Karen’s previous collection, she does have new smaller animals in her current collection..

The gifts below are from Gift Pivot Panels and the balloons are from the Explosion Pop Up, the large gift is from Parcel Pop Up
