Pop Up Birthday Surprise-C4C531

*Hey hey hey TGIF is all I have to say, This is week three of me hosting for the Crazy4Challenges challenge blog and week three is always a sketch challenge. When I came up with this sketch I was looking at my bowl of seldomly used washi tape, and thought that this design would lend itself to using some of that up. Lol. So this is what I came up with

Bright Puzzle Swing Card-C4C529

Hello, hello, hello and welcome to APRIL yay, I am this months hostess for the Crazy4Challenges blog and I am so excited. April is my favourite month, ๐Ÿค” itโ€™s my birthday month, itโ€™s got April Fools day ๐Ÿ˜œ, it should be the beginning of spring (in Canada not always โ˜น๏ธ) and it is also Autism Awareness month. Autism Awareness is a cause that is very close to my heart so I chose the logo as this weeks challenge. The designers were to use the logo anyway they wanted, they could have used it for a colour challenge, a design challenge, or any way that the image spoke to them. Here is the logo

And here is my card

Hope things start looking UP! C4C528

Hello, let me start by saying that this card almost felt like it needed to be made, It was like as I started getting the idea it just almost made itself. Maybe it was because the movie had been playing at work for about a week, maybe because balloons make me happy and I feel the need to share a bit of happiness when there is so much sadness and worry going on in the world right now. I canโ€™t even think of who I would send this to because I want to send it to everyone I know and even those I donโ€™t. Hopefully this card puts a smile on someone elseโ€™s face๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ˜Š

This card was also made for the Crazy4Challenges challenge. This weeks challenge was to make a gate fold card. That is a card that folds in from both sides and the opening is in the middle. I just turned mine sideways. Lol.

All the magic is in the motion, some of the balloons actually move up and down when the card opens and closes please check out my Facebook page or my Instagram to see the video. Feel free to join my Facebook group if you would like to share your creations.

The Gangs All Here

Ever since Karen Burniston came out with the fun Surprise Ball pop up there have been so many fun animal cards. I have a friend who asked if I could make her a Long Horned Cow so I thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to try my hand at a double surprise pop up animal. I thought he was lonely so I made him some friends ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ๐Ÿ–๐ŸŽ

Carried Away Valentine

Ok, I know itโ€™s a bit early but Iโ€™m in a Valentine mood, so I went digging through the Valentine card photos that I made last year but hadnโ€™t posted. I donโ€™t generally like to post a card before the recipient receives it. So Iโ€™ve got a few from last year kicking around. Todayโ€™s card is the card I made for my husband last year. Looking back at the photos I realize either I didnโ€™t take many or I thought I had posted this card and had deleted them all. As there are no photos of me actually assembling it so I will give the best explanation that I can.

The fun is in the motion. To see this card in motion please check out my Facebook page, feel free to join if you would like to share your own crafty creations. The video can also be found on my Instagram
