The Gangs All Here

Ever since Karen Burniston came out with the fun Surprise Ball pop up there have been so many fun animal cards. I have a friend who asked if I could make her a Long Horned Cow so I thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to try my hand at a double surprise pop up animal. I thought he was lonely so I made him some friends 🐑🐓🐐🐖🐎

Blow Me Away

So today I have a belated Valentine card. A coworker asked me if I could make him a card to give to his Star Wars lovin girlfriend knowing that not only was I not able to have it made by Valentine’s Day, it would probably be at least a week late, but he wanted it anyway so I thought that I would try to make it as special as I could. I’d be lying if I said this card didn’t have a few challenges it was a little trickier than I thought It would be but I just kept on moving forward and before I knew it, it was done. I also have to give credit to Lois Gray Bak as after seeing her “Death Star” gave me to idea to make this “Death Star”

This card had 2 separate pop up mechanisms and it LIGHTS UP 🤯

Happy Belated Birthday, We Wish You

I am sooooo anxious to share this card. I had the Yoda design in my head for a while but was unable to make the card right away, then I made the card but was unable to share as I wasn’t able to give it to my son right away. So now I am good to go.

The fun is really in the POP, to see this card in motion please check out my Facebook page or my Instagram. Feel free to join my Facebook group if you would like to share your own crafty creations.

Out of this World-Valentine C4C522

Ok, I’m back, I think 😬. I’ve been trying to get into my craft room but I still have limitations but I think I’ve got it worked out. I was posting three times a week, I feel realistically I can probably do two posts per week. I’m going to continue with the Crazy4Challenges weekend challenges, and I would like to create another blog probably earlier in the week. As I start feeling better I will work my way back into a third post per week. I appreciate everyone who has been taking the time to check out my blog.

This post is actually a day late 😬. This is my card for this weeks Crazy4Challenges challenge. This weeks challenge is a design challenge and this is what I came up with.

Carried Away Valentine

Ok, I know it’s a bit early but I’m in a Valentine mood, so I went digging through the Valentine card photos that I made last year but hadn’t posted. I don’t generally like to post a card before the recipient receives it. So I’ve got a few from last year kicking around. Today’s card is the card I made for my husband last year. Looking back at the photos I realize either I didn’t take many or I thought I had posted this card and had deleted them all. As there are no photos of me actually assembling it so I will give the best explanation that I can.

The fun is in the motion. To see this card in motion please check out my Facebook page, feel free to join if you would like to share your own crafty creations. The video can also be found on my Instagram
