“Monkey Fun”

To mix things up today I thought I would post a scrapbook page, this was a page from a book that was a baby gift for a friend. I call them growth chart books, when the book is given it is given with a stuffed bear, the recipient is supposed to take a picture of the baby with the bear every month and place the picture on the labeled pages. When the year is up the baby will have a growth record in photos.

…… All the cardstock, letter stamps, and ink are from Stampin’ Up, as well as the punches used for the clouds, labels, and palm leaves and coconuts.

“Jinx the Monkey” is a character die from Karen Burniston, the dies used to make the pail and shovel are also from Karen’s collection. I believe the edge to do the sandy hills are a Karen die as well. The middle monkey is the original die cut shape, the other two monkeys were cut apart and reassembled to give them the variety of poses.

The trunk from the palm tree is hand cut.

Thanks for joining me! I am a paper crafting enthusiast who has a special interest in interactive cards. I get a lot of inspiration from the internet so I thought that IΒ  would throw out my own creations with hope that it inspires someone else.
