“Birthday Cupcakes”

Happy Friday. This is a Birthday card that I made for my brother. His birthday was a month ago, but the snail mail was particularly slow on this one. I choose bright colours for this one,  and cupcakes since I wouldn’t be able to eat cake with him this year so I thought I’d send cupcakes 😉

The pop-up mechanism for this card is the “Cupcake pop-up” die from Karen Burniston. The little cupcakes are also part of the die set (looovvee the little cherries 🙂

All the cardstock, designer paper and ink are from Stampin’ UP, as well as the dies from the words “Love” and “you” on the inside but they are from different sets.

Sorry, the greeting on the front is from an unlabelled die set I have in my stache.

The glitter I used for the sprinkles is from the dollar store.

Thanks for joining me! I am a paper crafting enthusiast who has a special interest in interactive cards. I get a lot of inspiration from the internet so I thought that I  would throw out my own creations with hope that it inspires someone else.
