I absolutely love fall colours, they are so rich and vibrant. When I received the Fall Phrases stamp set I just knew I had to create a fall bouquet. I have a niece that has an Autumn birthday so I decided to make this colourful bouquet card for her.

Today Karen Burniston is releasing a Stamp Release. She has come up with quite a few fun phrases, I am using the Fall Phrases, and Fun Faces 1 on todayโs card.
It is an anniversary in which I used the new Fun Faces stamps to give their faces a little more character.

It’s been a minute but I finally have a Craft Roulette inspired card. I had a lot of fun with this card, I made quite a few boo boos, but I continued through and I love how it turned out.
This week’s parameters are โฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธ and I gave myself a couple other challenges as well. 1- besides the card base all of the other card stock had to come from my scrap bin. I have so much scrap paper I did not allow myself to cut from a full sheet. 2- use a die set that I have not used before, this is the first time I have used Karen Burnistons Family room Pop up , and 3- Mixed Media was a topic that was discussed on this weeks episode of Craft Roulette so I thought that I would give it a try.
The circles are little clear dots on the front, and the message space on the inside. The vegetable garden colours – orange pumpkin, red tomatoes, yellow corn, beans, green beans, peas, leaves, brown potatoes, blue sky. The screen element was tricky but the red fabric has a โscreenโ like weave to it, the ribbon has a bigger โscreenโ weave to it. The fluff is all over the trees, I used Flower soft to create this look.

Yay, its that time again, it’s the Karen Burniston October Designer challenge, and this month’s challenge is to make either a Halloween card or a Fall-themed card and I went with a fall-themed card. I have a co-worker who needed an anniversary card, and he also was requesting a card with fall colours, there was also talk of there possibly being a wooden bench swing for a gift so I challenged myself to make the Karen Buriston Garden Bench popup into a swing, and the results turned out better than I thought it would.
Supplies are listed at the bottom

*The weekend has rolled around again so that means another Crazy 4 Challenges challenge. This weeks challenge is called “Cut up Stamping”, this means that after you stamp an image or a background you cut out a section of the image. Most of the examples that I have seen usually it is a strip that is cut out, but you can try cutting it anyway that works for you. I watched a Jennifer McGuire video months ago so I was kind of working off some tips that she suggested in that video. In a lot of the samples I have seen the images tended to be floral, I wanted to do something different so I opted to do some autumn trees, this is an anniversary card for a couple that I am very close to that has an autumn anniversary (and they don’t go on the internet EVER (besides Netflix)so it is safe to post. (if you are reading this and can guess who this couple is DON’T tell them about this card ๐)
