Hey there fellow crafters, today I am sharing my second card for the Karen Burniston, June release sneak peek. If you missed my last post, all the wonderful new dies are shown below. She even has some fun coordinating stamps.

The card Iām sharing today is actually the first card that I made upon receiving the new release. I saw the Arch Pop up and it just screamed wedding so I pulled from a few other sets to make this beautiful floral wedding arch.

All the fun is in the reveal, to see this card in action please check out my FACEBOOK page, feel free to join if you would like to share your own crafty creations. You can also see a video of this card on my INSTAGRAM page.
Not sure why Iām so obsessed with making square cards, but here I go again. Follow the dimensions below to make the card base and the panels. To conserve Gold card stock I cut the centres out, this trick also helps reduce some of the bulk. I wanted there to be a little interest in the panels. So I decided to pull out an embossing plate to emboss swirls into the top layer. You could use embossing folders I just liked this particular pattern. It is retired StampināUp. Add the top layers to the gold layers. The back of the card will not have a gold layer.

I cut out the pieces for the new Arch Pop Up and assembled per Karenās directions. She will have a video soon and I will post a link to that once she has created it.

This little tree might look familiar, it is the tree from the Oval Frames Pop up, but she looked pretty tiny in her pot. So I decided to cut out more of the greenery part and a layer of purple. I slightly offset the purple and then cut the green into little chunks and layered it behind the purple to fill in all the blank space, I made it a little taller and a little rounder. The planter is from the Garden Charms cut from gold cardstock. I added shading with a Versa Mark Marker, and highlights with a white Gelly Roll pen. I pulled out one strand from a piece of Bakerās twine to wrap around and make a little bow on the planters. ļæ¼

I had a specific look in mind so I pulled flowers from multiple sets. The Fence Add On, Fun Flowers, and Flower Pot Add on. Using two shades of purple alcohol markers, and a alcohol blender pen I added shading to all the flowers. I added shading to the greenery with a Versa Mark Marker, and highlights with a white Gelly Roll pen

I cut pieces of gold ribbon. I started adding the flowers with little gold loops throughout the arch.

Add the trees to the front of the supports.

Cut a piece of gold and a piece of cream coloured cardstock to the dimensions below. I cut and assembled the rings from the Wedding Charms set. Add to the card as shown.

Cut the border to the directions below, I added āBest Wishesā (also from the Wedding Charms set) and some leftover flowers. I added to the card as shown.

I added a few little gems to the front and to the inside.
