Happy weekend everyone. I have been totally MIA on the Crazy4Challenges design team lately, life has been ridiculous and I haven’t been able to make it to my Craftroom. The ladies have been very understanding and I said I would try to jump in when I can. This weeks challenge is to make a collage background, and since I had to make a few Thank You cards this is what I came up with.

The nice thing about this card is besides the “Thank You” no special dies are needed. All the cardstock is from Stampin Up and so is the pattered paper. The paper I have had for years, this technique is a good way to use up scraps as well.
On the first card I used Island Indigo for the card base and Soft Sky for the matt.
On the second card I used Soft Sky for the base and Pretty Peacock for the matt.

I’m trying to join to follow you – but I’ve tried joining 3 times and it keeps saying use an email that is real – I’m using my correct address and will not accept me..

Hhmmmm I’m not sure how to help. I’m not very technical, I just add my content and WordPress does everything else. The only thing I can think of is (and I’ve done this) if you copy and paste your email sometimes there is an extra space and the beginning or the end and it will pop and say it’s not a correct address. Maybe check and make sure there are no unwanted spaces. Another options is to follow me on Facebook, I post to my fb page at the same time as the blog, then if you want to see the direction on my blog just click the link I provide on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/MyMessyCraftroom/
