Just for you, sibling card-C4C579

According to the Days of the Year Calendar, April 10th is Siblings Day, so that is the theme I chose to go with for this weeks Crazy4Challenges challenge, it my second week hosting ๐Ÿ˜Š, and because I have 2 siblings I made 2 cards. Well they are the same design I chose 2 different colour combos, and a few different supplies.

All the fun is in the reveal, to see this card in action please check out my FACEBOOK page, feel free to join if you would like to share your own crafty creations. You can also see a video of this card on my INSTAGRAM page.

Most of the supplies are from Stampin Up and are listed below.

To create the base for the slimline card….

I used the Frame Pull Pop Up die set to make the outside mechanism, I have photo directions but I recommend watching Karenโ€™s VIDEO TUTORIAL on the alternate way to use this die set.

I just used random stamps from multiple sets to stamp the words on the pages.

The die set to create the inside mechanism and the little photo frames is the Photo Collage dieset from Karen Burniston, I have photo instructions below but I always recommend watching her VIDEO TUTORIAL . The card I made is slightly narrower than what Karen recommends so it was a bit tricky to get all the frames on. I had to do a lot of fiddling.

Here are a few photos I took with the alternate colours. For some reason, no matter how much fiddling I did I could not attach the โ€œfriendโ€ frame to the arm with out it peaking out when the card was closed (as this card is narrower than recommended) I got frustrated and cut the arm off ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I figured 3 arms would work and I just added that frame to the card. This kit had stickers that I used to embellish the card.

When I added the stickers to the front of the card, it caused a catch point for the flipping mechanism, so I added a few clear bubbles to the top of the top page so when flipping it now glides over the stickers on the left side.
