This is the grad card that I made for my darling daughter for her high school graduation. The colour scheme is a mix of the grads decorations colours and her grad dress. The theme for this year was “Small Town Roots” so I added a little bit of a rustic feel by using some wood grain paper as well.

This card is a 51/2″x51/2″ square card cut out of Brilliant Blue Cardstock.
I love how I was able to make my little graduate stand up on her little stage. To do this I used Karen Burnistons Cake Pop up die set https://karenburniston.com/cake-pop-up/ (only the bottom tier) and followed these video directions https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egajUK_I9kc&t=839s

I substituted my mini version of my daughter as opposed to the owl that Karen used. I used Karen Princess and Mermaid die set https://karenburniston.com/princess-and-mermaid/ and assembled her to look like my daughter.
I decorated the stage using Karens Cake trim die set https://karenburniston.com/cake-trims/ and I cut out the congratulations 3 times, layered them then added them to the card as well.

To decorate the top and bottom of the inside and the outside of the card I used Karens Party Border Blends https://karenburniston.com/border-blends-party/ and cut them out of multiple colours, Ballet Blue, Silver, Whisper White, and woodgrain, all originally purchased from Stampin up, some are no longer available.

The Words and numbers on the front of the card were cut using my Scan n Cut and adhered using Stampin Dimensionals.

Sorry about the mess in the background, but the colour of the card is better.
