All the supplies used to make this card are from Stampin’ Up and a few of them are retired 😦
The colours I used to create this card are Real Red, Chocolate Chip, and Whisper White.
The card base was created by running the Chocolate Chip cardstock through my Big Shot with a diamond shaped embossing folder.
The giant tag was created by cutting out two rectangles, one from White, and the other from Real Red, I then punched out the corners with a ticket corner punch. Next, I stamped the word “Love” with Chocolate Chip Ink, I layered the white over the red.
The Hearts in order from Left to Right
1-Large heart with red stripes- is a heart-shaped piece of chipboard, I used a liquid adhesive to adhere a red striped designer paper, when the glue dried I used a sanding block to rough up the edges.
2- Little brown Heart- was punched out of Chocolate Chip cardstock with a retired 3 heart Punch the wide heart was used here.
3-Large Red Heart- is Real Red cardstock cut out with a large Heart punch then the edges were sponged with Chocolate Chip ink.
4-small striped heart- is a small piece of heart-shaped chipboard created the same way as the 1st heart.
5-itty bitty brown heart- is the littlest heart in the retired 3 heart punch listed above.
I wrapped a piece of Real Red ribbon around the card front and adhered all the hearts.
Beautiful!! I love this color combination! Never thought to try red and brown together. Most appropriate for those who love to get chocolate for Valentine’s Day!
