Like I have said in the past, I find making sympathy cards difficult, sometimes I will make them and put them away for when they are needed. This is a pretty one I had put away that I recently and to give away.

OK so this card is quite the flashback. This card was created back before I had a BigShot, seems like forever ago and had to be created using punches. Anyway, my kids had been invited to a Luau themed birthday and wanted a Luau themed birthday card, hmmmmm what to do. I can’t take full credit for this card as it is a conglomeration of multiple cards that I found on Stampin Connection from other Stampin’ Up demos (I will give credit below) It was a fun card to assemble and it went over quite well. I still have to laugh because at the time when I found the sample of the Hula dancer I was going to use she didn’t have a bikini sting in the back and my daughter was quite put out that there was the implication that she may be topless. My hula dancer has a bikini top string 🙂
