So April is winding down and it is my last week of hosting the Crazy4Challenges blog. This week I decided to do an inspiration challenge, I choose a piece of artwork from work because I always thought is was pretty, if you zoom in you will see that there are other colours that aren’t noticed right away, and gasp….. this isn’t a pop up card 😱
I had a hard time getting the effect that I was aiming for, after several attempts I gave up and tried something new, and this is what I came up with.

I only used a few colours of card stock, Smoky Slate, Coastal Cabana, Gold Foil, and Shimmer cardstock, all from Stampin Up.
I wanted to use Shimmer cardstock and I am down to scraps, but I made it work. The stamp is a retired Stampin Up stamp.
The colours of Reinker are Pink Pirouette, Coastal Cabana, So Saffron, and Smoky Slate.
I also decided to add a little gold shimmer so I used Scotch tape to protect the Smoky Slate card base.
