House Plant Tag Book Pop Up

Wow, it’s been almost a year since the last time that I played Craft Roulette and I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, My Craft Roulette cards are some of my favourites, and this one is no exception. This is a card I never would have came up with if I hadn’t been using the Craft Roulette parameters. These are the parameters ⬇️

…. And this is how I met them. It is a min slimline, I think of Jolly colours as Christmas colours so I grabbed a piece of Christmas paper that wasn’t too Christmasy and used colours in the paper. In my kitchen I have several house plants, and I masked with a stencil on the front, back and on the tags.

Stage Pop Up meets Photo Fan

As soon as I got to see what this new release held, I knew that I was going to make a very special birthday card for my son. I knew I wanted to incorporate the new Stage Pop Up.

I decided to see if I could fit the Photo Fan onto the Stage Pop up, and to my surprise I was able to fit 2!!!! And add them into a 5”x7” card.

Oilers Themed “Happily Ever After”

Hello, today I’m sharing a card that was an extra special request. The recipients will be celebrating a milestone anniversary and apparently they are huge Edmonton Oilers fans. So I had the dilemma, how to make a pretty card with a hockey theme. I’m glad she gave me lots of notice, because honestly I was kind of stumped. But in the end this is what I came up with.

Barnyard Bash

I just love how this card turned out and am excited to share it with you today. Today is the Karen Burniston design team challenge day and the challenge for May is to “make it fluffy”. I have a fluffy sheep, fluffy clouds, and fluffy icing on my cupcakes. I decided to make this barnyard bash card for my Granddaughters first birthday card. Her stuffed cow is her favourite so I thought I’d make her a cow with all her barn yard buddies.

Gone Fishing

This card is inspired by Karen Burnistons April Design team challenge card. Once I get an idea in my head I have a hard time moving on to something else. I wanted to make a more masculine style of card and I decide to make my card a 5” x 7”. The rest of the changes I made along the way.
