Your probably looking at this colour combo and wondering what was she thinking. Well, my husband doesn’t ask me very often so when he does I can’t say no. He is incredibly supportive of my crafting/blogging journey so when he asked me to make a baby card in Edmonton Oilers colours I cringed a bit but said I would. If your not familiar, the Edmonton Oilers are a Canadian Hockey Team.

Totally Epic Birthday card

So sort of a funny story behind this one. I needed a birthday card for my nephew. And I was going to make him a cupcake card. Who doesn’t love cupcakes. My husband asked me what kind of card I was making and how old was our nephew going to be. And he was like “you are not making our teenage nephew a cupcake card, your going to call you sister and find out what he is into and your going to make him a cool card”. So I did and she filled me in on a video game that I have never heard of before. Google saved me again. If you read the green letters, it spells the name of the video game.

Wow what a week. Late again ☹️ but here is this week Craft Roulette-inspired card, and the parameters are…….⬇️

The 4 1/4” square is on the front of the card, the “Craft Roulette” colours are blue and green from the colour wheel. The image on the front is a “night” scene and there are bottom borders on the front and inside.

Floating Cupcake Birthday card

What’s a birthday without a cupcake, or 2, or 6? I thought it would be fun to mix and match a couple of diesets while playing Craft Roulette and yes (as the title describes) the cupcakes on the front really float well they look like they float.

This weeks parameters are

So it’s obviously a birthday card, picnic colours (sky blue, green grass, red and orange for fruit that would be had at a picnic and of course CUPCAKES, I have a collection of cupcakes, and spots lol. For the black dots there are black circles in the patterned paper, there is a… on the inside message and I drew a couple of dots on the signature space.
