So I’ve been a little MIA lately, life have been a little crazy, and by a little I mean a lot. I have not been able to do too much in the craft room so I decided to post a card I made last year for Father’s Day. I had someone need a special farm themed card so this is what I came up with.

I know Fathers Day has just passed but I have another cute one that can’t wait until next year. This design is really fun and can be used for any occasion depending on colour choice and what you decide to put in the squares. I choose PAPA but LOVE, or BABY, or any other cute little images would do.
Sooooo, I had to dig into my old cards once again, it’s hard to post new Fathers Day cards on the internet when all my new cards are meant to go to someone and they are supposed to be a surprise. I found this card, it uses an old technique that I haven’t used in years, it gives a marble look to a background and is quite easy and fun to do, so I thought that I would share. If you try this technique, different colours give different results, if you use shades of brown or grey it can actually look like stone.
